• Direct contact. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone or in person, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and project information.
• Project information. Once a project begins, we may receive further information from you needed to design, build, test and deliver the agreed work, such as branding assets, sample data, credentials for integrations, and feedback on deliverables.
• Basic website usage data. Like most websites, our server and any analytics tool we use may automatically log limited technical information, such as browser type, device type, approximate location and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used and keep it running reliably.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, generally within 24 hours.
• To understand your requirements and prepare a proposal, timeline or quote.
• To communicate with you about your project, deliverables and support.
• To design, develop, test and deliver the services you have engaged us for.

As we operate from both Mumbai and Dublin, and may use cloud or communication providers with infrastructure outside your country, your information may be processed in a country other than your own.
